The Arbitration Landscape in Canada

This ½ day program will focus on the present and future of arbitration in Canada. Specific panel topics will be case management arbitration, funding, and legislative reforms. Our key-note speaker, Bill Horton, will offer us his views on challenges and opportunities regarding commercial arbitration in Canada. As always, participation will be encouraged.
