Presenting the launch of a survey of the Canadian-based arbitration community.  To support continued growth in Canada, the survey will inform about the current state of arbitration in this country and the ever-evolving landscape of commercial dispute resolution.  Join us for a short presentation to hear how this initiative will benefit the various stakeholder groups – specifically, arbitrators, tribunal assistants and counsel in advancing their practices; service providers in supporting arbitrations, corporate counsel in planning for dispute resolution; and academics in studying and teaching in the field.
