ArbitralWomen – Experts in Action: A Cross-Examination Demonstration

Join us for a highly interactive session presented by Arbitral Women and supported by the Equal Representation for Expert Witnesses (ERE) Pledge, in which experienced counsel and damages experts showcase key techniques for cross examination.

Drawing on recent real-life fact patterns and situations, presenters will demonstrate and unpack key issues in cross examination. Together with CanArbWeek participants, we will explore trending and emerging techniques for cross-examining experts.
