CIArb presents three dynamic debates on issues that challenge advocates, arbitrators and academics. We will debate and perhaps even solve three pressing practical challenges:

• Has Vavilov settled the standard of review of arbitral awards in Canada?
• Are existing practice standards adequate to maximize the value of arbitrations, and ensure that they are efficient and cost-effective?
• The ultimate question – what’s the better venue: Toronto or Vancouver?
