CPR Canada – In-House Counsel Wishlist: Dispute Boards
This panel – including in-house counsel – will discuss how the effective use of dispute review or management boards could help to preserve ongoing business relationships.
Sharing insights from those who helped develop the new CPR Rules for Administered Dispute Prevention and Management Boards, as well as insights from practitioners who have participated in or utilized such boards, the panel will discuss why such rules should be considered for commercial contracts, when the rules should be implemented and activated during the life of the transactional relationship, and how such rules are beneficial not only in the construction industry but also in Energy, IT, Health & Life Sciences, Manufacturing and many other industries.
As the demand from end-users grows, neutrals and law practitioners will want to add this important skill set to their service offerings.
We look forward to engaging with CanArbWeek attendees during the Q&A portion of this CPR program.
