Corruption in your case? How would you know, and what would you do?
Corruption allegations are increasingly common in arbitration proceedings. Attendees will leave better prepared to identify and manage corruption issues. Through a series of interactive discussions, the panelists will introduce key topics, including the evidence needed to prove corruption, an arbitrator’s duty to investigate, the impact of criminal proceedings and enforcement of arbitral awards. The session will also include insights from the work of the ICC task force addressing issues of corruption in international arbitration.
