ICDR Canada – Debate on Proposed Rules Changes

The ICDR Canada and itsCanadian Advisory Committee are revising its arbitration and mediation rules based on recent developments. Participants, together with ICDR Canada Advisory Committee Members, will interactively debate and vote during this session on proposed rule changes influencing the outcome of various amendments, including arbitrarily, early disposition, arbitrator challenges, third party funding, tribunal secretaries, and a presumption to mediate during the arbitration.
